Despite very low oil and gas prices, sentiment at the IHS CERAWeek gathering in Houston has been relatively upbeat. Still, the industry is going through a very bumpy ride right now. One big piece of news from the conference: Cheniere is now exporting its first vessel of LNG. What are the implications of LNG exports for the U.S. and global gas markets?
